Diferentes métodos de entrenamiento sobre la fuerza y potencia explosiva de jugadores de voleibol

Resumen
El voleibol es un deporte que requiere que el deportista tenga un nivel de acondicionamiento físico dentro de un entrenamiento integral, planificado y continuo, atendiendo a las características del juego y del deportista. El objetivo de este estudio fue verificar los efectos de los métodos de entrenamiento sobre el rendimiento físico relacionado con la potencia y la fuerza explosiva de jugadores de voleibol de 2015 a 2022. Esta investigación se realizó a través de una revisión sistemática de la producción científica, regida por PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Las bases de datos utilizadas fueron: Google Scholar, Scielo y PubMed. Los términos utilizados fueron “Pliometría y Voleibol”, “HIIT y voleibol” y “Musculación y voleibol” en inglés, español y portugués. Se seleccionaron siete artículos luego de procedimientos metodológicos. Para el entrenamiento pliométrico (EP) solo y/o combinado se encontraron cinco artículos, lo que permitió afirmar cambios positivos en la potencia muscular, fuerza explosiva y otras variables, el método HIIT con uno y el entrenamiento de resistencia (ER) con un artículo que mostraron resultados positivos para variables de fuerza específicas para jugadores de voleibol. El entrenamiento pliomético solo y/o combinado con otros métodos tuvo el mayor número de estudios en esta investigación, presentando resultados positivos para la fuerza y potencia explosiva, entre otras variables.
