Análisis lexicográfico: una investigación bibliométrica relacionada con el ejercicio físico y la rehabilitación post-COVID-19
Resumen
La COVID-19 es una enfermedad infecciosa, con una amplia variedad de manifestaciones, desde casos asintomáticos hasta cuadros clínicos leves a moderados, hasta la presencia de casos graves y críticos, con infecciones respiratorias agudas y disfunción multiorgánica con posible muerte. Después del alta hospitalaria, los pacientes suelen requerir rehabilitación, debido a la disminución de las funciones físicas y síntomas persistentes, como dificultad para respirar y fatiga excesiva, por lo que el ejercicio físico ha sido utilizado como tratamiento coadyuvante por equipos multidisciplinarios. El objetivo de este estudio fue identificar en la literatura formas de rehabilitación con la práctica de ejercicios físicos en pacientes post-COVID-19. Para ello se realizó inicialmente una revisión de literatura en la base de datos PubMed en el período 2020 y 2021. Se identificaron 460 artículos y luego de los criterios de elegibilidad se seleccionaron 30 artículos para análisis bibliométrico y lexicográfico mediante el software Iramuteq. Se concluye que el ejercicio físico como estiramientos, ejercicios aeróbicos y de resistencia, respetando las condiciones físicas del paciente, deben ser utilizados en la rehabilitación post COVID-19 como tratamiento de secuelas en pacientes post hospitalización por la enfermedad, contribuyendo a mejorar su calidad de vida.
