Análise lexicográfica: uma pesquisa bibliométrica relacionada ao exercício físico e a reabilitação pós-COVID-19
Resumo
A COVID-19 é uma doença de caráter infeccioso, com grande variedade de manifestações, desde casos assintomáticos a quadros clínicos leves a moderados, até a presença de casos graves e críticos, com infecções respiratórias agudas e disfunção de múltiplos órgãos com possível óbito. Após a alta hospitalar muitas vezes, os pacientes necessitam de reabilitação, em virtude da diminuição das funções físicas e sintomas persistentes, tais como: falta de ar e fadiga excessiva, de forma que o exercício físico tem sido utilizado como tratamento coadjuvante pelas equipes multiprofissionais. O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar na literatura as formas de reabilitação com a prática de exercícios físicos em pacientes pós- COVID-19. Para tanto inicialmente foi realizada uma revisão na literatura na base de dados PubMed no período de 2020 e 2021. Foram identificados 460 artigos e após os critérios de elegibilidade 30 artigos foram selecionados para análise bibliométrica e lexicográfica com o uso do software Iramuteq. É concluído que o exercício físico de alongamentos, exercícios aeróbios e resistidos, respeitando as condições físicas do paciente, deve ser utilizado dentro na reabilitação pós-COVID-19 como tratamento das sequelas em pacientes pós-internação pela doença contribuindo para melhoria de sua qualidade de vida.
