Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the curricular designs of Physical Education teachers' training and to carry out a comparative analysis of similarities and differences of said offer, with the intention of trying to determine which could be considered as disciplinary contents of Physical Education, which allow us to elaborate a proposal of possible basic and common curricular design for the training of Physical Education teachers of all the Ibero-American countries, from the perspective of motor Praxiology. The methodology of work that we have used is the documentary analysis of content and a correlational analysis, using a sample of 129 higher education teacher training centers in 22 Ibero-American countries. The main results obtained show us a great disparity in the number of hours corresponding to the curricular designs of the countries that fall within a range from 1200 to 4600 hours. It has also been noted a great diversity and disparity in the subjects and their contents.
