Playful approach as a strategy in the context of Ecuadorian Physical Education

Abstract
The Ecuadorian Physical Education curriculum has developed by leaps and bounds in the last 20 years, with the 2016 curriculum adjustment, three curricular approaches come into force such as inclusive, the construction of corporeality and playfulness, the latter approach guides All teachers develop fun and enjoyable classes, but there is no clear consensus on its usefulness and application in the classes as a learning strategy. The objective of the article is to examine the scientific literature of the topic raised and determine its usefulness in cooperative learning. For this research, a systematic review of articles, theses, guides and books was carried out, synthesizing the main topics and their contents, for this purpose, the database of Unir Virtual Library and the Platform of the Ministry of Education of Ecuador has been consulted. 16 scientific articles were selected. A qualitative analysis was carried out on the content of three subjects: the 2016 Ecuadorian Physical Education Curriculum Adjustment, the playful approach of the Physical Education curriculum and different physical education curricular approaches. The results of the review indicate that the recreational approach contributes to the development of curiosity and creativity, supported by a good teaching process with active methodological strategies, which allow students to enjoy discovering new motor skills, promoting autonomy for the practice of physical activity. Finally, it is stated in the conclusions, practical guidelines aimed at teachers on the application of the recreational approach in Physical Education classes.
