Abstract

The present article has as objective to base the deficit of Burkina Faso Physical Activity professionals' formation related to the work with people with hemiplegia. This investigation was carried out with 10 professionals where theoretical-methodological inadequacies were detected in the work with people with hemiplegia. To give solution to these inadequacies, it has proposed as objective: to elaborate a strategy for the formation of Burkina Faso Physical Activity professionals related to the work with people with hemiplegia. Methods and techniques such as the bibliographical revision, inquiry, the structural systemic model and the statistical-mathematical which allowed to value quantitative and qualitatively the obtained results starting from a diagnosis. Keeping in mind the results, it has proposed a strategy which consists of 4 stages: I Diagnostic of the weaknesses and strengths, II Planning and organization of the strategy, III Implementation of the strategy, IV Evaluation of the strategy. Each one of the stages has it objective and their stocks which allowed the relevancy of the investigation arises.
