Abstract

It is necessary to have a series of specific skills that help to be successful with forecasts. Knowledge of sports is essential: its regulations, featured teams and players, rankings and classifications. Mathematical skills are also needed, as all odds, investments and other data are numerical. In addition, knowledge is needed about how bets are handled, the risk levels in relation to possible losses and self-control.
