The Reinforced Clubs After the World Cup
Abstract
As a result of Qatar 2022, many clubs were reinforced with players who had outstanding performances during this World Cup. This is the case of Paris Saint-Germain, which has Messi, Mbappé and Neymar in its ranks, and the expectations are set on obtaining the Champions League, the most precious trophy in European soccer. In England, Manchester City have Julián Álvarez, another world champion who left his mark. Pep Guardiola will have to link him to Erling Haaland, another player of enormous value that he has on his team. In Italy, AC Milan stands out, with the French striker Olivier Giroud, and Fiorentina, which has Sofyan Amrabat in its squad, the main revelation of his country, Morocco and who is wanted by several elite clubs of the continent.
