The Benefits of Handball for Health
Abstract
Handball is one of the most interesting and effective sports for physical well-being and health. The training of this sport results in a significant increase in agility as well as in the volume of the muscles, both in the arms and trunk and in the lower limbs. It produces benefits for the cardiovascular and circulatory system and at a psycho-emotional level it increases teamwork, the development of strategic logic, mental speed, empathy and solidarity.
