Abstract

In today's sport, psychological preparation plays a fundamental role in an athlete's sporting performance. Mental preparation in the athlete is of great importance, through various psychological and mental training techniques that help athletes increase confidence, manage stress, maintain motivation and improve concentration. In this way, mental strength can affect sports results.
