How do Athletes' Hobbies Influence their Performance?
Abstract
Beyond physical training and genetics, hobbies and leisure activities significantly influence sports performance. While stress can be harmful, hobbies help reduce anxiety and improve overall well-being. Activities such as reading, listening to music or playing online games encourage concentration and decision-making. Low-impact sports such as golf develop patience and precision. In conclusion, choosing the right hobbies can be a determining factor in achieving success in sport.
