Evaluation actions of the technical-tactical preparation in Baseball pitchers

Abstract

Currently, the solutions search to evaluation for technical-tactical preparation within the training process in baseball has taken its rise due to importance that these elements require within the game. Therefore, the present investigation aims to propose actions to evaluation of technical-tactical preparation in baseball pitchers. This investigation is generated from a diagnostic study carried out on the baseball pitchers of Sancti Spíritus team in the National Series 52, where it was found that the evaluation to technical-tactical preparation shows a deficiencies series, which do not allow to be evaluated in real game situations. To provide a existing problem solution in the research, a group of actions is proposed, which are based on the benefit offered by technical-tactical preparation to pitchers from the biological and psychological view point. In addition, in the actions elaboration the game real situations and competition to which the players will face were taken into account. After the investigation, the gaps existence in evaluative tools close to real game situations is concluded. Concludes the work with a recommendation that is aimed at giving continuity to research in order to deepen and improve the result proposed in it.
