Abstract

It is approached from the topic of Andragogy and a priori applies to teachers of higher education in the School of Automotive Engineering in these future multiplier entities with their students - Coaches. It is a basic research; diagnostic descriptive type; On a micro-social scale; It is a double purpose, an application of the proposal for a future, an analysis, an expectation of positive results in the function of improving the quality of teaching of the teaching staff. The population of students enrolled in the semester of April-August 2017 corresponds to 546 and the sample is of 197 students from the fifth to the tenth semester of the MEC 2012 grid -pensum of study, how to realize the subjects of the professional axis 790 to perform the analysis of the evaluation of the student to the teacher–hetero-evaluation as part of the integral evaluation of the teacher according to the career and career ladder of the professor and researcher of the higher education system.
