Abstract
Practice shows that there are few athletes who can reach the top of the pyramid, in the way of their preparation some them get out of the provincial and national centers because of different causes. Most of them don’t get out of train. The Program of Preparation of Sportsman gives exact orientations in relation to what and how to train, but there is no orientation in relation to the detraining. Trainers don’t have precisions to orientate this process. The objectives which are proposed in this investigation are the following: To diagnose the treatment that is given to the sports detraining of young athletes of athletics, to elaborate orientations that allow defining the work of the trainers to guide the sports detraining to the subjects that are studied. The methods that are used are the following: analytic-synthetic, inductive-deductive, documentary analysis, a semi structured interview, survey, reality problem, ideas socialization, and the statics-mathematics of the empiric distribution of frequency. The results which obtained are the general and specific methodological orientations for the sports detraining of junior athletes of athletics.
