The Plastination Technique for Scientific Culture: A Systematic Literature Mapping
Abstract
This article aims to carry out a systematic literature mapping to investigate in the literary and scientific scenario the contributions of using the plastination technique applied as an educational product and its results for literacy and scientific culture. In this sense, the methodological path adopted was the systematic mapping of literature and as a result 547 works were obtained, of which, after the analysis and application of the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 46 works were considered with relevant contributions. As a result, the technique of Plastination for conservation of biological tissues, proved efficient within the scientific culture, its use in research, exhibitions and classrooms contributes to its characterization as a significant educational tool.
