Planning of complementary weight for masculine school athletes of weightlifting

Abstract

Starting from the descent in the sport results of the athletes of weightlifting of the school category in the year 2011, caused by first floor levels in the general and special physical preparation, as well as the dosage of the complementary weight (according to the opinion of the trainers); we decide regular the study like: "Planning of complementary weight for masculine school athletes of weightlifting", with the purpose of inserting changes in this planning, being defined as problem, the limitations in the definition of reference volumes for the dosage of the complementary weight in the trainings. Objective: to define reference volumes that they allow to guide the trainers for the dosage of the complementary weight. It was studied the population of ten athletes of the school category, a sample of ten trainers and three specialists. They were employees as fundamental methods the analysis of documents, the analytic-synthetic one, the survey, the interview and the mensuration; as well as different techniques of the statistic-mathematical one. They are possible to define reference volumes for the dosage of the complementary weight for the training of weightlifting being created a solid base that allows the athletes to assimilate the weight in later categories.
