Abstract

Introduction: Satisfaction studies are fundamental for the success of the activity of higher education institutions, especially in universities that aspire to raise their evaluation categories. Methods: In the present work a study was carried out to determine the factors that influence the enrollment process of the students of the Commercial Engineering career of the Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas ESPE, with a significant sample of 147 students being surveyed, focused on Evaluate the impact of the normative, infrastructure, personnel and technological system on levels of satisfaction. Results: The low satisfaction of the students was evidenced, being significant the relation with factors like the normative, the personnel and the technological system. Conclusions: It is concluded on the importance of raising the quality in the management of certain identified key factors, to guarantee the satisfaction of the students in the process of enrollment in the University.
